The mission of the Sims-Fayola Foundation is to improve the life outcomes and experiences of young men and boys of color and to increase the capacity of youth service professionals to deliver their programming through an equity and gender-specific lens.

The program that this organization provides to these young boys is outstanding. It's important to be able to have an outlet for our children.
