The mission of the Sims-Fayola Foundation is to improve the life outcomes and experiences of young men and boys of color and to increase the capacity of youth service professionals to deliver their programming through an equity and gender-specific lens.

PARENT TESTIMONIAL

As a mother of Bishop McDonald, who has been with this program for years, it enlights me to say that we need more resources for our young men in the community. The program that this organization provides to these young boys is outstanding. It's important to be able to have an outlet for our children. I have watched my son take leadership and recognition for his actions as a leader at his age level and in his school. I love that this program has reached the schools and can bring other children to the forefront in skills they never knew they possessed. I respect the effort of this program and the genuine acts of the staff, and the patience they have for our younger men generation. If you need a leadership and genuine place for your young man to go to, this is definitely the place for him. Definitely 5 out of 5! Thank you, guys, for everything!
